[image]Der Aufsichtsrat der Deutsche Börse AG hat das Vorstandsmandat von Dr. Thomas Book (54) vorzeitig um drei Jahre bis Ende Juni 2029 verlängert. Thomas Book verantwortet das Vorstandsressort Trading & Clearing, zu dem der Kassamarkt mit der Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse, die Eurex, 360T, die EEX Group, Crypto Finance, Quantitative Brokers sowie das Marktdatengeschäft zählen. Er ist seit Juli 2018 Mitglied des Vorstands. Sein derzeitiger Vertrag läuft noch bis Ende Juni 2026. Gemäß Beschluss des Aufsichtsrats vom 18.
