Hong Kong Statutory Paternity Leave will Increase from Three Days to Five Days from 18 January 2019

In our 29 October 2018 and 30 November 2018 Legal Updates, we discussed the passage of legislation to increase the statutory paternity leave entitlement in Hong Kong from three days to five days.

That increase in paternity leave entitlement will take effect on 18 January 2019.
