Labour law changes – restrictions on employee outsourcing in Poland
Poland: New Polish regulations entered into force aimed at significantly limiting illegal employee outsourcing on 1 June 2025. The new rules introduce higher financial sanctions for the illegal outsourcing of workers, expand the grounds for refusing the legalisation of foreign nationals’ employment if the entity entrusting work is operating primarily to facilitate foreigners’ entry into Poland, and impose restrictions on employment agencies, which may only provide services to foreigners requiring a work permit or a declaration on entrusting work after two years from their registration.
