Deutsche Börse Market Data + Services Brings Trusted Market Data to Blockchains via Chainlink

Deutsche Börse (PM) - Mi, 01.10.2025 - 09:00
Deutsche Börse Market Data + Services has partnered with Chainlink, the industry-standard oracle platform, to introduce its reliable, high-quality market data to blockchain networks. This strategic partnership enables the reliable publication of regulated market data from Deutsche Börse Group's trading venues in real time via Chainlink's DataLink service. The data encompasses 41 selected real-time data points from various Deutsche Börse Group trading venues, including Xetra, Tradegate, 360T, and Eurex, spanning a broad spectrum of asset classes such as equities, derivatives, foreign exchange instruments, and more. Through this collaboration, over 40 public and private blockchains within the Chainlink ecosystem will gain access to this comprehensive set of data. “Partnering with Chainlink to publish Deutsche Börse Group’s trusted market data onchain for the first time marks a major milestone in connecting traditional and blockchain-based financial markets. By making our data from Xetra, Eurex, 360T, and Tradegate accessible onchain through the Chainlink data standard, we are empowering global financial institutions to build the next generation of regulated financial products on the same high-quality data that underpins today’s markets”, said Alireza Dorfard, Managing Director and Head of Market Data + Services at Deutsche Börse Group. This initiative complements Deutsche Börse Group's broader strategy of building a comprehensive value chain for digital assets that integrates trading, settlement, and custody services via DBAG, 360T, Crypto Finance, and Clearstream. The Group's infrastructure supports institutional clients entering the digital asset space and crypto-native companies seeking robust, regulated solutions.   Media contact: Nina Lux +49 69 211 1 37 53 nina.lux@deutsche-boerse.com  About Deutsche Börse Market Data + Services Deutsche Börse Market Data + Services provides financial market participants around the world with proprietary market data from Deutsche Börse Group’s Xetra and Eurex trading platforms, as well as with data from our cooperation partners. The bribe you did not see coming and the clause that could have saved you

Dentons Insights - Mi, 01.10.2025 - 01:00

Vietnam: Even the best-run companies can be blindsided by bribery they neither authorised nor detected. Vietnam prosecutes individuals, not entities; the UK and US pursue companies extraterritorially. The result is a structural mismatch: a Vietnamese counterparty may face no corporate charge locally, yet its foreign partner remains exposed abroad. The contractual safeguard is the anti-bribery and corruption (ABC) clause. This article sets out how to use the ABC clause as a risk-allocation tool in Vietnam-facing deals.
