Während des Austauschjahres leben die Teilnehmer größtenteils in Gastfamilien und besuchen die Schule oder absolvieren Praktika in Betrieben. Ebenso viele deutsche PPP-Stipendiaten verbringen zur gleichen Zeit ihr Austauschjahr in den USA. Dieses als Stipendium angelegte Austauschprogramm haben der Deutsche Bundestag und der US-Kongress 1983 vereinbart; seitdem haben 30.000 Jugendliche daran teilgenommen. Vietnam: According to the Law No. 04/2026/QH16 Amending and Supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Notarization, which was passed by the National Assembly on 23 April 2026 and will take effect on 1 January 2027 (“Amended Law on Notarization 2026”), the number of transactions subject to mandatory notarization will be significantly narrowed compared to the current regulations. Specifically, Accordingly, only important transactions that require a high level of legal certainty and are expressly prescribed in specialized lawsprescribed by specialized laws are subject to mandatory notarization, instead of being scattered across various Government decrees as under the current framework.
