Global law firm Dentons has advised a group of promissory note holders of BMZ Holding GmbH in the battery manufacturer's self-administration proceedings. Dentons represented the creditor group in connection with the assertion of their rights to separate satisfaction in the context of the sale of the essential operating subsidiaries of BMZ Holding to SKion. Following approval by the antitrust authorities, the transaction was completed on February 25, 2026. This clears the way for the company to make a fresh start under new ownership and management.
