New Zealand: The Financial Markets Authority (FMA) has finalised its Guidance on how to disclose investments that don’t solely focus on investment returns – now called the Sustainability-related disclosure guidance (Guidance). The most glaring superficial change from the consultation draft of the guidance (Consultation Draft) has been to swap out the previous reference to ethical investing from the proposed title, but the changes in response to the consultation feedback have not been limited to the label on the tin.
