Nový zákon o kybernetické bezpečnosti (č. 264/2025 Sb.) nabývá účinnosti 1. listopadu. 2025 a přináší zásadní změny pro řadu organizací v České republice. Tento zákon implementuje evropskou směrnici NIS2 do českého právního prostředí a výrazně rozšiřuje okruh regulovaných subjektů, které budou nově podléhat povinnostem v oblasti kybernetické bezpečnosti.

Kazakhstan: From June 28, 2025, EDS keys in Kazakhstan can only be obtained in person by a company’s director, with proxy applications no longer permitted. This poses new requirements, especially for foreign directors who must now be physically present. In addition, fines for using another person’s EDS took effect in March 2025. To adapt, companies may authorize employees to obtain their own EDS with signature rights, ensuring compliance while maintaining operational efficiency.
