Die TC Unterhaltungselektronik AG hatte nicht mittels Hinweisbekanntmachung darüber informiert, ab welchem Zeitpunkt und unter welcher Internetadresse die Jahresfinanzinformationen für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 öffentlich zugänglich waren. Dies stellt ein Verstoß gegen das Wertpapierhandelsgesetz (WpHG) dar.
