Senior Managers and Certification Regime - What is changing?
United Kingdom: The FCA and PRA have issued policy statements outlining changes that have been or will be made to the Senior Managers & Certification Regime (SMCR). The changes aim to make the SMCR regime more efficient and proportionate whilst maintaining strong individual accountability and clarifying the regulators' rules and expectations.
