Dentons’ Real Estate team in Spain has advised Castellana Properties on the EUR 340 million acquisition of the Islazul shopping centre from Henderson Park and Eurofund Group.  The shopping mall, strategically located across from the M40 ring road, is one of the largest retail and leisure destinations in Madrid, with more than 90,000 sqm of gross leasable area and annual footfall of approximately 12 million visits.
