Die Finanzaufsicht BaFin hat am 20. März 2026 eine Geldbuße in Höhe von 15.000 Euro gegen die TC Unterhaltungselektronik AG festgesetzt. Die TC Unterhaltungselektronik AG hatte nicht mittels Hinweisbekanntmachung darüber informiert, ab welchem Zeitpunkt und unter welcher Internetadresse die Jahresfinanzinformationen für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 öffentlich zugänglich waren. Dies stellt ein Verstoß gegen das Wertpapierhandelsgesetz (WpHG) dar.
