FCA proposes a single new remuneration code for solo-regulated firms
United Kingdom: The FCA is consulting on a proposed new remuneration code for solo-regulated firms. The new code, SYSC 19AA, would replace the current codes for AIFMs, UCITS management companies and MIFIDPRU investment firms. The consultation closes on 16 September 2026 and, given the impact of the proposed rules, we would encourage affected firms to respond if they have not yet done so.
